Provides comprehensive design and estimate documentation: Architectural design for buildings and structures of Reliability Levels I, II, and III:

• master plans of facilities, site engineering preparation, landscaping, and grading;
• buildings, structures, and utilities for industrial (production and utility) purposes;
• residential and civil buildings and structures.

Structural design (including the right to design capital repairs and/or reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as strengthening of structures for each of the works listed below) and structural engineering:

• bases and foundations;
• concrete and reinforced-concrete, masonry and reinforced-masonry structures;
• metal (steel, aluminum, and alloy) structures;
• timber structures.
